Saturday AM before it got to 100 degrees we had a fun family trip to the Dallas Arboretum to see the Chihuly exhibit. It was amazing, I wonder how much bubble wrap they use to get it all there???

Our house has finally beat the sickness that was sucking the life out of my boys for the past week. Glad we are all back on our feet and am so thankful to God that we are a healthy family. Being sick is for the BIRDS!

Hawaii!

Oh Hawaii...why don't we visit you more often? You are an amazing place. Our family, Papa Joe, Gammy, Me, Chris, Owen, Tucker and Uncle Paul all had an amazing trip to the Big Island. We stayed at the Manua Lani Bay Hotel, swam, ate, dug in the sand, played golf, kyaked and had lots of adventures. One of our adventures as to the Waimea Emergency Room with Tucker. He bumped his chin on the lawn chair and his tiny top tooth went through his tiny tongue. After 3 hours in the emergency room we headed back to the hotel with 3 stitches in Tuck's tongue. He was a trooper and I pray that I never have to visit a hospital on vacation again!!!
